- List your property with FUTURE AGENT PROPERTY GROUP on an Exclusive Mandate***
- The competition is open to all sellers/property owners in Centurion and Pretoria.
- The property must be sold during the duration of the competition through a FUTURE AGENT PROPERTY GROUP Agent
- The transaction must have been concluded or all suspensive conditions fulfilled within the competition period. (15 February 2026 to 30 November 2026)
The Prize (Valued at approximately R30 000.00)
- A 3-night weekend stay for up to 8 people at LEFIKA VILLAS in Sun City (subject to availability)
- Free access to the Sun City and Valley of the Waves for the duration of your stay.
- Complimentary 24-hour shuttle service from the Sun City Welcome Centre
- The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Prize must be redeemed for the weekend stay between 1 January and 31 December 2027.
- Accommodation consists of 3 ensuite double bedrooms and 2 sleeper couches, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room and covered patio.

Winner Selection & Notification
- A draw for the winner will be done by one of the Conveyancers involved in the Competition transactions on Monday 7 December 2026.
- The winner will be notified by phone and email immediately after the draw.
